Equipment rental software with real availability

Rentals is available soon. It is not part of the initial release. Inventory, Sales Orders, Appointment Scheduling and Surveys are available today, and Rentals follows shortly after launch. Everything on this page is what the module will do when it ships. Tell us you need it and we will let you know the day it goes live.

Reservations check against actual physical units, not a hopeful count. Rates run daily, weekly and monthly with per-customer overrides, deposits and fees are built in, and recurring rental invoices bill themselves.

Built for the rental counter

๐Ÿ“†

Rental calendar

See what is out, what is due back and what is reserved. Double-booking a unit is not possible, because availability checks the unit itself.

๐Ÿ’ฐ

Rates and deposits

Daily, weekly and monthly rates with per-customer overrides, plus deposits, fees and rental kits for gear that travels together.

๐Ÿ”

Cycle billing

Long-running rentals invoice themselves on schedule. No more remembering who is on month three.

โฐ

Due-back reminders

Automatic reminders before gear is due, partial returns when some of it comes back, and customer-facing extension requests for the rest.

Customers see their rentals in the same magic-link portal the Sales module uses, and every rented unit carries its own barcode, so check-out and return stay quick and unambiguous.

Pricing

$69 a month, plus seats

Runs on the unit tracking in Inventory. If you loan gear for free rather than rent it, equipment loans are already part of Inventory itself.

Common questions

What is the difference between rentals and loans?

Rentals charge money: rates, deposits, cycle billing. Loans are free of charge and live in the Inventory module with reserve, check-out and return steps. Same unit tracking underneath.

Can a customer extend a rental themselves?

They can request an extension from their portal, and you approve it. Due dates and reminders update automatically.
