Sales orders, invoicing and CRM in one module

From quote to cash without switching tools. Quotes become sales orders, orders fulfil from reserved units, invoices collect payment through your own Stripe or Square account, and the CRM pipeline shows what is coming next.

The order-to-cash loop

๐Ÿ“„

Quotes

Validity windows, expiry, and accept or decline tracking, so you know which quotes are still live.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Sales orders

Fulfil from reserved units, with backorders, delivery status and shipment tracking. Orders sync from Shopify and WooCommerce.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Invoices and payments

Partial payments, overdue marking, automated reminders, recurring invoices on a schedule, and online payment into your own Stripe or Square account.

โ†ฉ๏ธ

Returns and credits

Customer returns and RMAs, including partial returns, plus credit memos that keep the books straight.

Customer portal

Your customers help themselves

Every customer gets a passwordless, magic-link portal where they can view invoices and quotes, download PDFs, see their appointments, rentals and loans, and request returns. Fewer status-check phone calls, and the portal carries your logo and company name, not ours.

A CRM that lives next to the orders

An opportunity pipeline with configurable stages and a Kanban board, stage history, an activity timeline, notes with @mentions and tasks. Customer segments can be manual or rule-based, and they plug straight into reporting and automation rules, so a segment like "ordered twice in 90 days" can trigger its own follow-up.

Pricing

$69 a month, plus seats

Pairs naturally with Inventory for unit-level fulfilment, though the shared customer directory reaches every customer-facing module either way.

Common questions

Can customers pay online?

Yes, through your own Stripe or Square account. The money goes to you; we never hold it. We store no card data.

Does it sync with QuickBooks?

Yes. Customers, invoices, payments and inventory adjustments sync two ways with QuickBooks Online, which stays your accounting system of record.

Is the CRM extra?

No. The pipeline, segments, notes and tasks are part of the Sales module.
